Our Story
Latino Service was established in 1989 by Mr. Fernando L. Vigil (RIP) in Pomona, California. In 1990, the company relocated to its current location at 1299 Columbia Ave, Riverside, CA, where it has continued to grow while remaining deeply rooted in the community.
Since our founding, we have been committed to serving the immigrant population—especially the Hispanic community—by assisting with immigration forms, court paperwork, tax preparation, and other essential services. What began as a sole proprietorship became an incorporated company in the year 2000, reflecting our continued growth and dedication.
After the passing of our founder in 2017, his daughter, Monique Vigil, was appointed CEO and now leads all company operations, proudly continuing her father’s legacy of service, integrity, and commitment to the community.
