Our company was established in 1989 by Mr. Fernando L. Vigil (RIP), our former CEO, in the city of Pomona, California. We moved to our current location, 1299 Columbia Ave, in the city of Riverside, CA in 1990. We have been serving the immigrant community since then, especially the Hispanic community, assisting them in preparing their immigration forms and court paperwork as well as other related services. We also count with trained and registered Tax Professionals for the preparation of individual and business income tax returns, including electronic filing and related bank products. Our firm also serves as a Certifying Acceptance Agent for the Internal Revenue Service. We also offer bookkeeping and payroll services for small businesses. Our company started as a sole proprietorship, and we became incorporated in the year 2000. After the sadly passing of founder Fernando L. Vigil in 2017, his daughter Monique Vigil was named CEO and has been in charge of all operations.
